• SCREENING- We conduct a thorough Credit check, criminal background check, and a rental
history on all prospective tenants 18 years and older, so you get the most reliable tenants.
• MAINTAINING YOUR PROPERTY- We will respond quickly to your tenant needs and
emergencies, handling repair request while keeping you the owner informed from start to
finish with an emergency line that is open 24/7. We have in house Maintenance and
Licensed vendors to take care of any repair that may arise.
• TAA LEASE- We use the Texas Apartment Association Lease.
• OWNER STATEMENTS- Each month we send out a detailed report of Accounting to our
owners along with their payment. At the end of the year we provide year-end tax statements.
